We have been using elk antler for several years. There is a definite difference in our joints. I have arthritis in my hands. Since starting the use of elk antler the pain and stiffness is substantially reduced. My husband had injured a hip and was experiencing a great deal of pain. He was out of town for a couple of months and forgot to take his elk antler with him and the pain continued to worsen.
